Lindsay Rumbold
Lindsay Rumbold is a book-loving engineer with experience in automotive, aerospace and defence engineering. An expert at tsundoku (the lively art of buying more books than one can possibly read), she is the author of the novel “Banshee”, inspired by her work at a former RAF base, reading about the Cold War and watching Vulcan XH558 flying.
From early childhood, she was a habitué at her local library, taking out grown-up books long before she reached the age of sixteen. Lindsay loves crime, mystery and thriller and is a big fan of the Discworld series. A keen baker and tea drinker, she is currently attempting to turn her black fingers into green ones, to the relief of the plants in her garden.
